“The First seven weeks I lost 16 pounds, and that was amazing for me because I haven’t lost any type of weight ever really in my life. And what I found in the first 7 weeks was how easy it was following his guidelines of what he was teaching me about foods and learning about which foods were most healthy for my body, it was a very easy transition into eating the whole foods. As I did that, every single day got easier and easier.
I have exercised a little bit more than normal but not a lot. I don’t grab bread, I don’t grab Pizza, I don’t even want sweets. I love the nutrient concentration chart. As soon as I saw that, it is so easy now. I learned about the nutritional value and nutritional intensity of foods. It’s easy now to choose the more healthy foods. And each time something goes into my mouth I’m thinking- What value is this to my body? And that’s a big difference
Before the program I had arthritis, I was really tired all the time. I would go sit down rather than do exercise. Now I can go hours and hours with a lot of energy. Which is just really amazing. First of all my husband was my buddy and he also lost a lot of weight. My little boy now makes smoothies all by himself. He loves to make veggie pizzas, and is choosing those kinds of things over sweets and other “cheesy” high calorie “mayonnaise” type of foods.
Here’s is what I would like to say to anyone considering doing this program: First of all you are worth it. Bottom line, you’re worth it! And the program is easy, it is all inclusive.
It taught me so much. I was never left in the dark. I always felt like I had somewhere to turn for information. And best of all, I told myself, if I could learn how to cook healthy , and change my families lifestyle, that would be priceless. It is wonderful to be educated and informed. So that I can choose healthy. And am I worth it? I am worth it!”
